SASSA Takes Solutions to Fernie Local Community

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently checking out the Fernie 2 Neighborhood Hall in Mpuluzi to render providers on the community.

SASSA are going to be rendering companies including new social grant applications, change of payment method, customer treatment enquiries, as well as the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a press release, the agency explained it's alarmed concerning the high variety of people relying on social grants for survival.
“The intention from the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to website the large number of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This is often a result of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no entirely functional office dedicated to service the area on a regular basis. The support position made for intervention experiences a substantial inflow of possible beneficiaries, that makes it complicated for your Workplace to attend to all people who visit click here a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise a lot more methods to enable the servicing of all consumers and raise access to Social Assistance providers,” the agency said.
